How to Request an Exchange

If you encounter sizing issues, color preferences, or defect claims, StyleX BD offers a robust 7-day exchange window. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Keep the product unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  2. Contact our Private WhatsApp Concierge at +880 1755-104443 with your order ID and pictures of the product.
  3. Our courier will deliver the replacement to your doorstep and collect the return items simultaneously.
